    This is the usual Sunshine Manorville Mill Hill Loop. We will take a break at McDonalds before heading back.

    We will all stay together as a group and the cruising speed with be 17.5-18 . This is a true B/B+ in the mid range with around a 16.5  average at the end of the ride.
