    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    I have a morning appointment, so we will be starting a little later today. In addition, the temperature will be very nice in the early afternoon, so come along and join me for an easy and almost completely flat ride around St. James. We will stop for a break at St. James Bagels, and there will be cue sheets.

    The ride will average at the upper end of a C pace, between 11.7 and 11.9.
