    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving the bank heading to Great River and East Islip Marina area.  Then we will head East to Heckscker park for a restroom stop and a loop around the park. Then head North picking up the Connetquot bike path going into Bohemia.  We will take a short break at Starbucks around mile 23.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 15 to 15.5 mph, road speeds may reach 17-18mph.  Check the ride calender for any changes posted by 7:30am day of the ride.
