    True B+, 16-17 average, cruising max. on flats 18.5 mph.  Ride same route to South Manor as Bill . Changes by 6 am.

    Needed to change ride speed and distance.  Instructor for a number of spin classed this week including one on Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.
