Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
This week’s century training ride will be from Eastport to Quogue with a stop at the Beach Bakery. Since there has been limited opportunities to ride, the pace will be in the slow B or fast B- range. Each week the miles will increase and there will be a gradual increase in speed so that by the century we should be in the B/B+ range.
We will ride as a group so if you rather go faster or longer better to pass on this one; that said, IF the ENTIRE group feels up to it and weather conditions permit, we might do some additional miles. This will not be a pace line, but it is expected that those capable will share the pulls.
