Slow and steady as it's been a while since I've been on the road.  We'll be heading out from the Sayville Tranin Station (meet at the south lot across the street from the station) and we will make our way to Bay Shore for a stop and return back.  I usually head into the wind first to enjoy the push on the way back so there will be some work upfront.  As this might be your first time out in a while please make sure all your gear is working and you have spare tubes. Bring snacks and water (in the appropriate container, not a Poland Spring bottle) along with some cash should you wish to purchase anything at our rest stop.

Any cancellations will be posted by 7:30 am day of the ride or before so check back prior to heading to the start.
