    Please check back Friday morning at 10:30 am to see if this ride is a go.

    Note: No parking fees are charged this time of the year.

    The ride will start at the bike path in Heckscher Park at Field 1. We head to Great River and East Islip part of the ride and finsih in Heckscher with a few loops around the park.  The ride will be at a B- pace with an average speed of around 14.5 to 15mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 18mph.

    Changes or cancelation will be posted by 10:30am day of ride.
