    Ride Canceled.  I'm still not feeling well enough to ride.

    Leaving Bank of America heading to East Islip and into Hecksher Park for a bathroom break and a loop around the park.  Then we will head to Sayville and return to the ride start via the Connetquot bike path.  There will also be a restroom stop and food break around mile 25 at Starbucks in Bohemia.

    This is a B- ride with an average speed of 14.5 to 15 mph and road speeds that reach 17-18mph.
