    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Midweek miles from Riverhead to Nassau Point and on to Horton's Lighthouse with a break inbetween in Southold. It will be a mid to upper B pace that is dependent on the weather. While the route is mostly flat, there will be two sections of rollers.
