    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    This hilly ride will head north on River Road to Short Beach and Long Beach, then through Stony Brook and Setauket to Old Field Lighthouse.

    Ride will be done at a moderate B/B+ effort, wait-ups on climbs as needed, nobody gets dropped.

    As Eddy said: Don't buy upgrades, ride up grades.

    Lunch stop at deli in Stony Brook Village.

    Any ride changes will be posted by 7 am.
