    DELAYED TO 10AM

     Join me for a ride from Ronkonkoma to East Islip, where we will take our break at the golf course. There are beverages, food, and bathroom facilities available. You will get back in plenty of time for other activities you may have in the afternoon. 

    This will be a C+/B- ride which will average 13.4 - 13.9 and there will be cue sheets.

    NOTE: for couples that ride different levels, this matches up well with Tom's C ride at 9AM.
