    Hilly ride through Nissequogue, Stony Brook, and Old Field.

    Visiting Short Beach, Long Beach, and West Meadow Beach.

    Please bring two full water bottles and plenty of snacks.

    Group stays together, nobody gets dropped.

    Any ride changes by 7am the morning of the ride.
