    This will be my first ride since the beginning of August so it will be a bit slower than my normal pace.   We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Great River and East Islip for a 18 mile ride.  If all goes well I may add a few miles to the ride.  The ride will be at a C+ pace with an average speed of around 12.5 to 13mph and road speeds that will reach 13 to 15mph.

    Changes or cancelation will be posted by 2:00pm day of ride.
