UPDATE:  This ride is a go.  Barbara Abraham will be taking off at 10am, pretty much the same route.  So if you have any concerns about your pace, you'll have options.   After the initial route, I'll likely take a loop down to Stony Brook - Sand Street beach and Duck Pond - for some extra miles and more pretty views.  Or you can opt out when we return to ride start.  Lunch over at Green Cactus afterwards for those interested.

Short ride to work off your holiday BBQ's!  Join us as we travel scenic backroads thru the Stonybrook-Setauket area.  There are places to stretch your legs ahead and wait ups after climbs.  But please note this is not a "race ride"...
