Please join me for one of my favorite rides to Cupsogue Beach then onto the Westhampton Beach bakery for a baked treat.  Please bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, leave your worries behind while we enjoy the beautiful scenery of our island.  Wind and road conditions will dictate our pedal speed, but I plan on finishing with the average of a low B- pace of 14 mph.  It should be a beautiful day, so let's enjoy and not rush through the ride.
