    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    All are welcome to join us for a low end B pace ride that no one will be left behind.  The average speed will be in the low fifteens 

    We will be leaving from the post office and head to Great River and make our way to Heckscher for a loop around the park.  Then head North to the preserve bike path and into Bohemia for a rest and food stop.   If you have any questions concerning this ride call Mike at 516 448-8545 

    Please note: The Baker will be serving Apple Dumpling after the ride.
