This morning it might be nice to take a ride through Bellport and Patchogue stopping for a break at Mickey D’s around mile 20. The average pace will be between 14.0 to 15.0 mph. Since I just returned from an 81 day vacation; the average will probably come in at the lower end. Naturally, this will depend on the weather, wind direction and the road conditions. Depending on the wind, and the route back we might be +/- a mile.

This is a funny time of the year, with unpredictable weather and winds; I will try to pick roads that work out best for the current day’s condition. Be prepared for route changes at the last minute which will be beneficial for you, and the ride.
