    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Ride the scenic back roads of Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, and Stony Brook.

    This is a hilly ride, about 1,800 feet of climbing (see route link). 

    Deli stop in Stony Brook.

    Moderate B pace, wait-ups as needed on the hills, we'll stay together, but not too close together.

    Please text me at 631-655-5447 if you'd like to ride, please include your name, membership#, cell#, and emergency#.

    Please also bring plenty of water and some snacks for the ride.

    Any changes will be posted by 6am the morning of the ride.
