    I changed the, time distance and speed since my road bike is not shifting, so I will be using my mountain bike. To join this ride text Bill G. (631-356-3036) with your SBRA, cell and emergency numbers.  You must have a mask, and read the SBRA Covid rules that follow this information.  For info: contact me at the above number.  Let me know if you withdraw from this ride.  Check the ride calendar the day of the ride for changes, which would be posted by 06:45am.
