    WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 2 AM EDT THURSDAY.....West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected. ALSO: 40% chance of rain 3pm to 6pm.

    Join me for this early evening 15-20 mile ride around Ronkonkoma and the surrounding areas. The exact route will be determined at the start, so there will not be a cue sheet for this ride. There should be plenty of daylight, but it is recommended that you wear bright/reflective clothing and have working lights on your bike. Please be prompt getting to the ride start, so we may depart on time. PARK on the North side of the train station East of Main Terminal.

    Newbies always welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets dropped. This will be a C pace ride, which will average 11–12 (possibly faster or slower, depending on who is on the ride). We will be observing social distancing, etc., and you must have a face-covering with you.

    Any cancellation will be by 3:30pm.
