BBB route to Shelter Island, leaving from SUNY Southampton college. 

This is the official SBRA BBB route along quiet back roads in the Hamptons, then across to Shelter Island on the South Ferry.

Thirty mile grand tour of SI, return along the same route thru the Hamptons.

This ride is fairly hilly, but there are many flat and rolling sections on SI, and long downhills on the return leg.

Pace will be a moderate B, the group will stay together, wait-ups on the hills as needed. 

Please bring plenty of water and snacks, lunch on SI at a stop to be determined. Round trip ferry fare is $6.
