    CHANGE: This ride was originally scheduled for Oct. 30th, but was moved due to the rain.

    Join us for Valerie's Birthday Ride! This will be an easy, casual C ride, which will average 11.3 - 11.9. We will be riding from the Timber Point Golf Course in East Islip to Islip, and doing a few loops with some nice sights and beautiful water views.  We will take a brief break along the way, so bring your own snacks, and we will find bathroom stops when necessary.

    The Cafe at the Golf Course offers some really nice & reasonably priced Daily Lunch Specials. So, after the ride, we may have lunch at the cafe and anyone can join in, if you want to (at personal expense, of course). There is seating both inside and outside, with social distancing. 

    No one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. Due to possible weather issues, the exact route will be determined the morning of the ride (thus, no cue sheets). 

    After entering the golf course, park in the FIRST lot on your RIGHT.

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

    NOTE #1: You must be a club member to go on club rides.

    NOTE #2: rides at this time are limited. You MUST text me with your name & SBRA Member Number if you want to ride. I will return the text: YES, you have a spot…or…NO, Ride Filled...CELL #: 631-523-2129
