    Tour of Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, and Stony Brook.

    This is a hilly ride, pace will be a late winter out of shape B effort, wait-ups as needed, nobody gets dropped.

    Please bring along snacks, quick deli stop in Stony Brook.
