Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
Minor Change: Drive all the way to the end of the road and past the ice skating rink.
A change of pace. The first (and probably the only) time this year. This compact trail has 1 mile that is often too wet to ride (Yellow trail) and 2 miles outside the park along power lines and undeveloped land between the LIE and Motor Parkway. Here's the map: https://climbonline.org/2014j/pdf/maps/HP-G8-Full-v26.pdf (link is external) . The advanced route does have some difficult climbs. I've always been tired after riding in this place.
If nothing else, PLEASE contact me to let me know you plan to be at the ride start.
SBRA insurance requires that Mtn Bike riders MUST sign a Ride Sign In sheet for each Mtn Bike ride. Please text [631-988-6557]/email me at [nsamuels@ optonline.net] include your name and emergency and cell # (NOT necessary if you've recently ridden with me). I will have the Ride Sign in sheet for you to just sign.
You must have a mask on your person to ride though it's typical to be more than 15 feet a part in the woods.
Check back to this posting before leaving for the ride as Life Happens and Things Change.
