We will ride out to the Eastern end of Dune Road, stopping along the way for some views of the Atlantic Ocean.  Shinnecock Inlet is quite scenic, with benches and rocks to sit on when you take in the views.  Be sure to bring a snack for the Inlet stop.  We continue on for some scenic stops in Quogue with great water views, than head West to a pocket park in Westhampton Beach, seconds from the Beach Bakery.  Bathroom stops will be at mile 7  with real bathrooms, at Shinnecock Inlet (porta-Potty), and in Westhampton Beach at about mile 31.
