    If you would like to join this ride please text me - 516-983-4827  I need your name, SBRA #, emerg cell #  That way I can prefill the ride sign in sheet. Wheels up at 9:00am for a ride to Smithspoint Beach and back. We will stop for refreshment somewhere along the ride. There will also be a bathroom stop at Wertheim around mile 13. Depending on the wind and direction we should average 15.5 mph a bit faster than previous rides. Of course in order to obtain this average at times our road speed could be 15-19 mph.

    Please check ride calendar at 7:30am day of ride for go or no go incase of issues which would prevent me from riding or bad weather.
