    Come and ride with us and help to celabrate Lynn's Birthday.

    We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Bellport and returning to East Islip for a 36 mile ride.  Our food/restroom break will be around mile 20 in Bellport.  The ride will be at a (B - pace) with an average speed of around 15 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 19 mph.

    If you have any questions text or call Mike 516 448-8545.  Changes or cancelation will be posted by 7:30am day of ride.
