    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    A quick ride around Strongs Neck, to Old Field and West Meadow beach, not necessarily in that order.  I might do the route in the reverse direction for a change. Bring any snacks you want.  No bathrooms until West Meadow Beach.   This is a scenice ride; with rolling hills.  Wait ups (for me) after hills.    

    Park on the right hand side, at the back of the car park.   I appreciate knowing if anyone is joining me so if you get time please text 631 331 5642 - thanks!
