    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Wertheim/Bellport and returning to East Islip for a 45 mile ride.  Our food/restroom break will be around mile 20/24 in Bellport.  Please bring snacks & drinks for this ride for short breaks before and after our food stop.

    The ride will be at a (B - pace) with an average speed of around 15 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 19 mph.
