    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    We will be leaving Bank of America and head to Bayport and returning to East Islip for a 31 mile ride. 

    Please Note: We will be using the Oakdale Merge on 27A.

    Our food/restroom break will be around mile 20/23 at McDonalds in Bohemia.  The ride will be at a (B - pace) with an average speed of around 15 mph and road speeds that will reach 16 to 19 mph.

    If you have any questions text or call Mike 516 448-8545.  Changes or cancelation will be posted by 7:30am day of ride.
