    This ride venue has changed to Manorville Hills ... there will be heart rate calming stops at the top of the hills. I will ride with the slowest rider (may be me ;-) ).

    CHANGE: Please contact me at the cell # below if you plan to do the ride with me (a slow ride!) following Chris at Manorville Hills. If you don't touch base with me I will start the ride when all those that have made contact are present.
