Time change from 9:30 to 9:00am. Briermere's Pies is opening, and it is definitely calling out to me.  Briermere's has wonderful pies and individually sized baked goods, and in the past has had coffee and tea available.  Real restrooms and porta-potties are available.  If you are new to my Briermere rides, if enough riders are in need of pie we share the cost of a pie (you are free to not participte).  I bring along napkins, pie cutter and plates.  Its a fun time.  On the ride out we pass an American Bison Farm, and if the Bison are in a field near the farm, we stop and take a look, take pictures if you want. To join this ride, text Bill G at 631-356-3036 with your name and date of ride.   Check the ride calendar the day of the ride for changes, which would be posted by 07:15am. There is an outdoor eating area which usually has picnic tables.  If the tables are not out yet, there are large rocks available to sit on.
