Ride will begin at Captree State Park , and we will travel along the Ocean Parkway Coastal Greenway. We will stop at Gilgo Beach for a  bathroom stop at 8 miles. we will continue to Jones beach boardwalk and travel to central mall which is at the 14 mile mark for our break. There is food drinks and bathrooms at this location. Total miliage approx 28 miles. we will average between 12 and 13 mph, but wind is always a factor on this ride.  No need to text me unless you have questions. Just show up. 

Seniors 62 and over park free , utherwise there is a $8 parking fee. Before 8am there is no fee.  Park at the west end of the lot near the start of the trail
