    Please text if you are joining me.  If no one responds, I'll leave from home.  My cell is 631-835-1454.

    C+, mostly flat ride to the lake.  We'll stop at the Ronkonkoma RR station for the bathrooms about mile 20.  Let's stretch our legs while the weather cooperates.

    Any changes or cancellation will be posted by 8am morning of ride.
