    We'll be head over to Hecksher for a quick restroom stop, the final destination will be Islip Beach.  There won't be any food stops so please bring your own snack(s) and hydration.  Please have your bike equipped with lights and wear high viz clothing.

    Any changes/cancellations will be posted no later than 3:00 pm the day of the ride.
