    Details (RL read field instructions carefully): 

    Trying to regain my fitness (again) after 6 weeks off the bike.  

    Usual Roller Coaster ride.  Wait ups as needed.  Very scenic ride, also lots of twists and turns which will slow us down so a B- effort.  

    Park in the left hand corner of the car park.  Bathrooms at beggining and at West Meadow.  No scheduled break but we will stop as necessary for drinks and snacks.
