Details (RL read field instructions carefully):
We like this ride on a windy day because the hills usually block the wind. Enjoy the water views and the McMansions before the the foliage obscures them again along with quick stops at the beaches (restrooms may be open). This ride is half flat, at the beginning and end. The rolling hills and long gentle grades are great training to get you into summer shape. We are patient and encourage flatlanders to build their legs and lungs.
Park in the rear of the lot across from Little Vincents and enjoy one of LI's best slices (cash only) with free "recovery carbs" after the ride.
