    Come join me for a ride before the picnic to burn some calories. This is a B- ride and no one will get dropped. We most likely not be stopping for a food break since we will be going back for lunch at the park,but we will stop for water breaks and to wait for anyone trailing behind.

    Changing time to 8:30..Please note...
