NOTE:
Under the Ride Level details, the "Type: Road Bike" refers to the ride will be on paved roads (rather then off road trails). Although a Road Bike is suggested for Road Bike Type rides it is not required. Hybrid and mountain bikes can be used on these rides as well provided you are comfortable with the pace outline in the Posted Ride. This ride calendar is for club rides, club meetings, club event posts and shop rides only.

Off to Briermere's, with a quick stop to view the Bison Farm, if the Bison are in a field near the road. Briermere's has outdoor seating, and indoor bathrooms. If there are enough riders interested in pie, we can share the cost. Individually sized baked goods are available, as is coffee and tea. To join the ride, text Bill G. with your SBRA, emergency and cell numbers, your full name and date of ride.
This ride will average 12.5 - 13.0. We will ride from Sayville toward Oakdale, then back past Sayville and loop around Patchogue. We will take our break at the Atlantic Ave. Deli. and a bathroom stop will be made on the way to, or from, our break. The exact route will be determined the morning of the ride, so there will not be cue sheets.
Park on the south side of the train station.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready.

We will do our usual ride from Sunshine to Manorville for a Bagel break. The ride will be our usual B- 15mph average. Please join me in this ride the more the merry, we will take turns pulling. Of course those that are shy no worries, it is voluntary pulling. No pressure.

We will head to Bellport for a short snack break at the Bellport docks where there are bathrooms available. Moderate C+B- pace to adjust to group and weather conditions. Please bring plenty of water (at least two bottles) and snacks. We will not have a formal lunch stop but if anyone needs to restock water, there is a deli you can run into.
