This week we'll leave with the A group.....Jeremys ride.

We'll hang as long as we can with an official regroup at Shinecock inlet (end of Dune Road).

We'll take the groups temperature and decide what to do next.

Same pace and average we have been doing, which is a mid to low B average with a pace of 15 to upper 16 ---slower  on the ups and faster on the downs.

This will be an easy C ride around Center Moriches, that will average 11.5 - 12 and will be taking our break at Nettie's. There are some very nice water views along the way. No one gets dropped and we will be observing spacing rules, etc. Since the exact route will be determined as we go along, there will not be a cue sheet.

The number of riders is limited, so if you want to ride, text me (631-523-2129) with your SBRA Member Number and Emergency Contact phone number. I will respond to your text and let you know if you have a spot on the ride. Once the ride is filled, I will change to post to indicate that.

MEETING LOCATION: straight back from Wendy's and Dunkin Donuts, on the EAST SIDE of the shopping center.   

Riders should arrive at least 15 minutes before the ride start, to allow enough time for me to get everyone signed in and to "get yourself" ready
