Tour through Nissequogue, Head of the Harbor, Stony Brook, Setauket, and Old Field as we loop around Stony Brook Harbor.

This is a hilly ride done at a B pace effort, ride average will be lower due to the climbs.

Take hills at your own pace, we'll regroup as needed to stay together.

Bring lots of water and snacks, forecast calls for hot and humid weather, early start to beat the heat.

Coffee stop at Crazy Beans on the way back from Old Field Lighthouse.

Any ride changes will be posted by 6 am the morning of the ride.

Meet at The Maples, and it's off for a high B/B+ ride to Briermere Farms .

We'll have a lttle paceline fun, as we head out through the fields for a stop at our favorite scone and muffin location.

After the stop, we'll head back through the fields and finish the ride with a run up Grumman Blvd. and Line Road to the finish.

This will be a B- ride. Expect an average between 14.5-14.9 In order to get this average the road speeds will be between 14.5 and 16.5 mph. Going downhill, or with the wind at your back will be faster. The main objective is to finish the ride without being too concerned about the average. The average will depend mainly on the wind, the hills, and who shows up. We will stay together and there will be one or two break-a-ways for those who want. We will take a break at the Beach and a rest stop at Wertheim about mile 10. Pulls would be appreciated.

Today's Mi Tierrita ride will be going to the Beach.  The route is mostly flat with a small incline here and there.  The average pace for the ride will be between 15 to 15.9 mph, depending on the roads and wind direction. The road speed will be between 16.0 and 17.0 mph. The usual break-a-ways will happen for those who desire. We'll stop along the way for a bathroom break around mile 10. Don’t forget to bring a snack. Do you know what AGUAPANELA is? Come and find out.  Pulls are always appreciated.

This C+ ride of 18-25 miles will average 11.5-12.5mph. Bring snack/hydration as route depends on wind, tide, position of moon and ride leaders disposition. Newbies welcome and well taken care of and nobody gets left behind. Any cancellation will be by 8:30am. No need to text, email, phone, send message by carrier pidgeon or smoke signal me. Just show up 15-20 minutes before ride start to get your s**t together.

Park in the first lot on the right back at the West end.

This will be a B+/A- ride but might come in slower based of Hills. Last minute ride from StonyBrook.
