This may be the last opportunity to ride the FIREHOUSE 44 for this year. Group effort for a steady pace within the class guidlines. Short stop at the Exxon/7-11 station at mile 27. Looks to be mild temps with a nice tailwind going out; the 17 miles back are mostly sheltered from the wind. Hope you'll join for a fun group ride.

Check back to this posting ... esp. if the wind picks up ... there may be a need for a substitute Ride Leader as I could end up in the woods ;-) .. . The route will go down Rt 25A and then west to Berman. The roadwork over Forge river/Dam Rd should be complete? We'll at least ride there to inspect ;-) .

Let's take advantage of the predicted mild weather, and meet at The Maples to do another Manorville to Mattituck (MTM) paceline ride.   This time around we'll make the end point at the Goldberg's Bagels in Mattituck.

Along the way East, we'll visit The Tanks and then do a run along Sound Avenue.

After a stop for a bagel or coffee in Mattituck, we'll make our return along the Peconic Bay. And we'll pass the Adirondack Chairs on our way to Riverhead.  Then it's a final run up Route 24 to the finish!
