We will follow the traditional Wenk route with the extention to 24. Sandwiched between Wednesday's hill ride and Friday's Kreb ride I hope to come in on the slower side of the "A" pace. I'd be lying to call it B+/A. Good B+ riders are encourages to join; dropping back to Bills ride is always an option.
Avg low 17s. My usual Dune Road route. Bonus 10 miles if group wants to go to Cupsogue Beach. Stretch your legs on Dune Road plus some long straights on the way out and back. QUICK pit stop (fuel and go) at Tully's. Water (fill up and empty) stops as needed. Mostly flat except for Ponquogue Bridge and easy rollers on the way back. Zoomie says you can use his pool, but not is boogie board, to cool off after the ride if you want. Number below is house phone so no texts. I get up early and Dave can sleep through his snoring so there is no way the phone will wake him.
Come join your fellow genarians on a leisurely tour of Brookhaven hamlet, Bellprt and East Patchogue. We'll make a rest/snack stop at the Bellport Village dock.
