    Montauk Century Ride

After weeks of training the century ride is here.

This event is rain or shine

Sign in is from 6:30 to 7:00 AM tomorrow morning. You must sign in that the table at the Babylon RR lot to pick up a cue sheet and your train ticket for the ride home.

There is metered parking at the train station so bring 10 quarters (I believe the machine takes dollars but why take the chance).

You will need to bring two bungee cords for the bike so that it can be secured in the truck for the ride home.

We will have someone bring luggage out so you can pack a bag. Pack minimal; sneakers and a pair of sweats, do not pack any valuables.

The weather is questionable for tomorrow. The forecast has changed about three times already today so be prepared. A raincoat that you can fold up would probably be a good idea. A pair of arm warmers and maybe leg warmers also.

Ride safely. The main thing is that everyone gets to Montauk safe. If you feel that you cannot make it or you have mechanical problems we have two sag wagons. The contact information will be on the bottom of the cue sheet.

We will be catching the 7:34 train out of Montauk that will get us back to Babylon at 9:34 in the evening.

    Any questions call me 631-365-7588
