There is always talk about the sign in sheets illegible.

The solution is to have a online form added to the ride detail in the calendar and have everyone fill it out before hand. There is already a comments box that nobody is using.

See process below:

1) Rider selects the ride for the calendar
2) Opens the ride fill-in the sign in sheet
3) The ride leader the morning of the ride prints the sheet
4) At the ride start point leader just checks off the people riding
5) If there are non members or members that decided at the last minute leader writes them in

This way it will be typed in and very legible as well as give the people the ability to add there member ID's and take less time at the ride starts.
