How does one Submit a Reply ?

    How does one Submit a Reply ?

    I have attempted to Reply to a few messages but on the Reply screen I see no "Submit" button ?

     

    When I click the Preview button I get a messagebox with text that I do not understand - I click "OK" but I do not see my Reply.  Please help.
