Roberta Roesch's husband, Bill, passed away suddenly yesterday (Tuesday April 26th). He was 55 years old. Many of you may know Roberta-she lives on Fire Island and is an EMT. She generally rides C/C+ rides but has done the Montauk Century the last two years despite suffering from fibromyalgia. Her husband will be waked at Chapey's in East Islip on Saturday and Sunday, April 30 and May 1, from 2-4:30 and 7-9:30. The phone number there is 581-5600. In lieu of flowers, donations to IGHL in memory of Bill Roesch would be appreciated as they have a son who lives in an IGHL home in Tuckahoe.
