Please note this is not a ride it is just going up and down the same road (probably Corewood (sp)) on Saturday or Sunday afternoons after your normal morning ride. Great way to get in shape.
This is open to all levels of riders, do as many repeats as you like. Just easier to do them with a group than alone.
